Transfers from Tangmarg to Gulmarg to Tangmarg by chained vehicle in case of

heavy snowfall.

Aru Chandanwari and Betaab valley Trip at Pahalgam.(It’s done by Union Taxi at

Pahalgam and is on direct payment basis.)

Thajwas Glacier Trip at Sonmarg in Summer Season. (It’s done by pony ride and is

on direct payment basis.)

Zero Point Trip at Sonmarg in Summer Season. (It’s done by Union Taxi at

Sonmarg and is on direct payment basis.)

Transfers from Gagangir to Sonmarg to Gagangir because our vehicle can’t go

beyond Gagangir due to heavy snow in Winter Season. (It’s done by Union Taxi at

Gagangir and is on direct payment basis.)

Garden Entrance fees and guide charges, where ever applicable.

Item of personal nature viz, tips, laundry, room service, telephone, alcoholic or non

alcoholic drinks.

Beverages, room heaters, boat rides, pony / horse rides, safaris, rafting, skiing, skating,

cable car and Union Taxi.

PAYMENT POLICY

For the land arrangements, we would need 30% of the total package cost as token amount which

you can pay in the given below account OR through our Payment Gateway

For flights, Full Payment needs to be furnished through Net Banking or cash deposit as Airfare

rates tend to fluctuate even many times.

In case of urgent bookings, i.e. less than 15 Days to travel 50% of the total package cost will be

required.

Your Payment Invoice & Vouchers shall be delivered to you E-mail. Vouchers are normally

provided 7 days after the booking date.

CANCELATION POLICY

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of Total Package Cost will

be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of Total Package Cost

will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of Total Package

Cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be

cancelled and in such cases ,we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However

no refund will be provided for the same.

100% cancelation would be charged from the total booking amount in case of last minute booking

cancellation due to flight cancellation, any natural calamity, and change in flight/Train schedule

due to technical/Political/weather conditions.

In case of Lockdown in Jammu & Kashmir due to Covid, will provide a credit note which a

traveller can redeem within 1 year from the date of issuance of Credit Note. In such Sinario

revised package will be provided as per the current applicable season and off season rate. Do

check the final cost with the reservation team.

If due to reasons beyond our control like riots, flood, accidents or any other natural or man-made

calamities, the program of the tour has to be changed or extended, the additional expenditure for

the same will have to be borne by the passengers. As if any passengers, has to leave the tour midway, due to any reasons like death of relative, or illness or any other reasons, there shall be no

refund for the remaining portion of the tour

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• If same group of Houseboat is not available then Similar group of Houseboat will be

provided.(Note:- Houseboat in Kashmir are very old. Houseboat will be a basic and it is just

for experience. So do not expect any luxury in Houseboat)

• Hotel will be provided from the above list however if none of the hotel is available on the given

date then similar alternative option will be provided.

• Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Premium, Luxury and Royal is the hotel category and not the

room category. Costing has been taken on the base category of the room, any up gradation in the

room or Hotel category due to Non availability will incurred additional cost which has to be

borne by the guest.

• Cancellation charges as per company policy.

• In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar

alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.

• Our Executive may change your itinerary depending on the weather condition and availability of

Hotels and same will be updated to you

Point to be noted while Travelling to Jammu & Kashmir

• Pre-Paid cellular connections do not work in Jammu & Kashmir region. Only Jio, Airtel & Bsnl

Post-Paid will work here.

• Pahalgam: Chandanwari, Aru Valley & Betaab Valley is there, where only Union Taxi is allowed

and the fare as per the vehicle rates starts from 1250 to 2100 (Depends on Points).

• BAISERAN is the best place to visit in Pahalgam though it is not a snow covered area but the place

have its own natural beauty. Either you go by walk or by Horse Riding.

• Sonamarg: After Sonamarg, there is a Point called Zero point away from Sonamarg, Thajiwas

Glacier and activities like Fish Point (Under Water Balloon Ride). There is only option Union Cab,

Charges for Union Cab: 3500/-to 5000/- (Negotiable)

• Gondola, you will find Snow and other activities related to snow. Tickets Are fixed as per Govt.

fare i.e. Rs. 780 for 1st phase & 920 for 2nd phase

• For Kashmiri Wazwan Food: - Aadhoos at Lal Chowk Srinagar is the best place and Mutton Kebab

at Gee Enn Bakers - Residency Road.

• For Vegetarian Food in Srinagar: - Krishna Dhaba is the best place.
